Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements, vitamins, or consumable products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at [anthonyd0806@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: we'll cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
- If you're returning for any other reason: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item instead of a refund, let us know in your return request email and we'll help arrange it, subject to availability.
